This magnificent MGB Roadster is one not to be missed. Finished in British Racing Green with full Black leather interior and matching numbers. This car has pull handles to open the doors, a feature only found on these early model MGB cars. The interior is very authentic with all switches and dials working correctly including the overdrive switch and no new buttons or switches added. Brand new Chrome Wire Wheels have just been fitted finishing off the look of this magnificent car.
This car has only had a few owners in its lifetime with the last owner of 10 years ensured it was kept warm and dry in a heated garaged and covered up too!
Underneath this vehicle there is no rust or welding. Chassis is in excellent order as is the body that was replaced with a heritage body shell some years ago. All shut lines are excellent. New Stainless exhaust system fitted making the engine sound beautiful.
Viewing is a must and will not disappoint.

New bespoke carpets finished in black have been added making the interior look stunning. A new mohair roof completes the look of the car and certainly attracts lots of attention.

Viewing is highly recommended and will not disappoint.
MGA MK1 1960 UK Original RHD........This is a superb example of an MGA in stunning Chariot Red with red leather interior which is original. Matching chassis number and engine numbers and a copy of the original buff log book on file. This MGA has been stored for many years and is consequently very dry and rust free! Mileage on the car suggests its original covering only 36K miles and only 6K in the past 30 years! This is validated by the old MOTs dating back to 1991 which shows only 29K. The chassis on this car is in superb condition and has been in previous years, powder coated. There is no welding anywhere on the chassis and is excellent condition. This suggests that a boy off restoration took place in the late 90s with receipts detailing items replaced including new wings and sills. The paint work on this car is very good. Certainly shines very well in the sunlight and unfaded given its been stored for many years.
The gearbox in the car has been upgraded using a Moss conversion kit and a five speed gearbox fitted resulting in superior driving performance especially when cruising. Driving this car is an absolute pleasure. Very smooth and very responsive making driving very pleasurable.
Brand new 72 spoke Chrome Wire wheels were fitted by the previous owner at a cost of £2000. The tyres on the car have hardly been worn suggesting once again the car was rarely used. An uprated radiator has also been fitted including an electric cooling fan. Electronic ignition fitted ensuring it starts on the button every time.
Although exempt from needing an MOT, this car will come with a new 12 Month MOT giving you peace of mind that the car is roadworthy. Also, a full service will have been carried out reassuring you the car is safe and ready to be enjoyed!
A history file comes with the car and notes from the previous owner.
MG SA 1936 Charlesworth in Concourse condition
One of approximately 20 Charlesworth-bodied tourers built, this is an extremely rare MG; indeed, of the 90 SA tourers of all types completed, it is believed there are only 18 survivors. This MG SA is in Concourse condition and is certainly a vehicle that gets enormous attention. This MG SA Tourer was despatched from MG's Abingdon works to Charlesworth on 27th April 1936 and was first registered as 'MG 4856', indicating that it was likely sold via the famous London MG dealer, University Motors. The MG was later taken to the USA where it formed part of Gene Ponder's well-known collection in Marshall, Texas. In 2007 the SA was sold at auction to John O'Quinn, who passed away before taking possession his purchase. The next known owner, from 2011, was British-car collector Barry Alexander of Sarasota, Florida. Although it had been cosmetically restored around 15 years previously, the MG required much additional work to make it properly roadworthy and Fewer than 600 miles have been covered since the rebuild. Works carried out included fitting new brake cylinders, fuel pump, suspension shackles and bushes, while the SU carburettors have been upgraded. The accompanying tool kit and owner's handbook are believed original.
Launched at the 1935 Motor Show, the SA represented a new departure for MG. The first all-new model to be introduced since the company's acquisition by Morris Motors, it was considerably larger than any previous MG and caused a certain amount of consternation amongst enthusiasts who feared an abandonment of virtues embodied by the marque's nimble sports cars. They need not have worried, for although based on the Wolseley Super Six and aimed at the luxury car market, the SA received sufficient input from MG founder and designer Cecil Kimber to transform it into a car worthy of the famous octagon badge. Originally of 2,026cc, the overhead-valve Wolseley six had been enlarged to 2,288cc by the time SA production commenced and was further stretched to 2,322cc in 1937. With 75bhp the SA could cruise comfortably at 60-70mph and had a genuine top speed approaching 85mph. A Tickford-bodied drophead coupé and Charlesworth-bodied open tourer completed the range. By the time production
ceased
in 1939, 2,738 SAs of all types had left the factory.
This vehicle can be delivered anywhere in the UK & europe in an enclosed trailer subject to current Cover restrictions in place.
Although exempt from needing an MOT, this car will come with a new 12 Month MOT giving you peace of mind that the car is roadworthy. Also, a full service will have been carried out reassuring you the car is safe and ready to be enjoyed!
